[ANNOUNCE] GIT 1.5.1-rc2

It's been a week since -rc1 so here is the -rc2. I think we do
not have any issues scheduled for v1.5.1 but not finished, so I
am hoping that we could do the final, with possibly only small
obvious fixes by the end of the month.
