[ANNOUNCE] Git for Windows 2.13.3

It is my pleasure to announce that Git for Windows 2.13.3 is available from:

Changes since Git for Windows v2.13.2 (June 26th 2017)

New Features

  * Comes with Git v2.13.3.
  * Comes with Git LFS v2.2.1.
  * Comes with MSYS2 runtime (Git for Windows flavor) based on Cygwin
    2.8.2.

Bug Fixes

  * Git Bash no longer tries to use the getent tool which was never
    shipped with Git for Windows.
